Our customer is the Swiss subsidary of an international Financial Services company. For the
Swiss headoffice in Zurich we are looking for a

Planning and Reporting Expert in SAP BI Frontend (SAP BW-BPS, BW-IP and BW-BEx)


Your tasks as an BI-expert and member of the Financial Data Management Team are:

Application Support SAP BI Frontend

  • Technical Realization of the user requirements with the reporting application SAP BWBPS bzw. SAP BW-IP and also SAP BW-Bex
  • Standardization of reporting and planning elements
  • Support and training for the planning and reporting applications
  • Coordination with the operations organization regarding the backend

Project Management

  • Participation in several projects for the Finance departement
  • Helping in structured Change Mangement

Support of Accounting, centralized Controlling and decentralised controlling

  • Partner for reporting and planning
  • Coordination and administration of the change requests in reporting and planning

Datamanagement

  • Definition and rollout of the master data processes
  • Coordination oft he transaction data processes (financial data and finance-near data)
  • Building up of a master and meta data repository

 

Requirements regarding the candidate’s profile :

  • University Degree in business administration (MBA or equivalent)
  • Expert-level knowledge in one or more areas of expertise : SAP BW/BI, SAP Bex reporting, data modeling, master data, MS Excel
  • Service oriented, able to work under pressure, willingness to develop skills and scope responsibility are further requirements as also flexiblity in working hours (especially around the periodical closing times).
  • Very good communications Skills in German and English are a must.
